Predictive Modeling for NF1-MPNST supported by NFRI

Supported by the NF Research Initiative and the National Cancer Institute, Drs. Angela Hirbe and David Largaespada are developing 3D collagen microtissue platforms for high-throughput drug screening and in vivo validation to identify effective therapies. This project integrates computational modeling and multi-institutional collaboration to advance precision oncology for NF1-MPNST patients. Available data includes whole exome sequencing, whole genome sequencing, and RNA sequencing.
